Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what is and is not allowed when you use https://yzdesignai.com (the “Service”), an AI-assisted design platform for architecture, planning and landscape design. It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Service. If this AUP and the Terms of Service conflict on acceptable use, this AUP prevails.

The Service can generate images, drafts, plans and renderings from text prompts and uploaded files. You are responsible for everything you submit and for how you use what the Service generates. We apply content filtering to prompts and outputs, and we may enforce this AUP as described in Section 5.

1. Adult, Sexual and NSFW Content Is Prohibited

The Service must not be used to create, upload, request or distribute adult or sexual content. This prohibition is absolute and applies to prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs and any use of those outputs:

  • No pornographic, adult or sexually explicit content of any kind, and no nudity.
  • No sexually suggestive or provocative material, including fetish, erotic or “borderline” imagery.
  • No content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors in any way. Any such content is removed immediately and, where the law requires, reported to the competent authorities.
  • No non-consensual intimate imagery, and no sexualised depiction of any real person without their consent.

The Service is intended solely for professional design work: architecture, urban and landscape planning, interior and concept design, and their presentation. Requests whose purpose is to produce adult or sexual material fall outside what the Service is for and are not permitted, even where a prompt is phrased indirectly.

2. Other Prohibited Content and Uses

You must not use the Service to create, upload or distribute:

  • Face-swap, deepfake or any other face-manipulation content, or content that impersonates a real person or organisation.
  • Content that depicts, promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, hate speech, harassment or discrimination.
  • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or deceptive, or that infringes copyright, trademarks, patents or other third-party rights.
  • Content that discloses personal information about identifiable people without the right to do so.
  • Content that violates the laws or regulations applicable where you or the project is located.

3. Prohibited Technical and Commercial Conduct

  • Attempting to bypass, disable or defeat our content filters, safety measures, rate limits, access controls or any other technical protection.
  • Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Service, or accessing systems or data you are not authorised to access.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive the source code of the Service beyond what the law permits.
  • Using automated means to scrape or copy the Service or its content in bulk, or reselling access to the Service without our written authorisation.
  • Using the Service to build or operate a competing service, or to train a machine-learning model, without our written authorisation.

4. Your Responsibility for Outputs

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the files you upload and the outputs you keep, share or publish. AI outputs may be inaccurate or may resemble existing works: review them, verify them against your source material, and obtain any permissions you need before using them publicly or commercially.

AI output is not professional engineering, architectural, planning or landscape advice or certification. If you use an output for a real project, you remain responsible for complying with the regulations that apply where the project is located.

5. How We Enforce This Policy

We filter prompts and generated outputs and may review reported content. Where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may, depending on the seriousness and any repetition:

  • refuse to process a prompt, or block or remove an output;
  • warn you and require you to stop the conduct;
  • suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice;
  • report unlawful content to law enforcement or another competent authority where the law requires or permits it.

Serious breaches — in particular any content sexualising minors, or any non-consensual intimate imagery — result in immediate termination and a report to the authorities, and may also result in a permanent ban on using the Service. Where your access is terminated for a breach of this AUP, points already consumed are not refunded.

6. Reporting a Breach

If you become aware of content or behaviour that breaches this AUP, please report it to us at 719542959@qq.com, including the project or output concerned and a short description. We review reports and act on them as set out in Section 5.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will publish the updated version on this page and change the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated AUP. For anything else, please see our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
